중국에서 발견된 한 영상에서 MSI Z390 MEG Godlike 머더보드와 16GB DDR4 메모리, Thermalright 쿨러를 사용해 기본 클럭(3.7GHz)이 아닌 오버 클럭된 5.2GHz로 공랭 환경에서 문제 없이 동작함이 확인되었습니다. Cinebench R15의 결과는 오버를 하지 않은 경우 1,034 CB, 오버 클럭 후 1,207 CB점이었다고 합니다. 이는 약 1,051.66CB점인 Core i5-8600K와 비슷한 점수입니다(Core i5-8400은 약 976.61 CB).
