MS365 서비스가 다운되었다고 합니다. 현재는 해결 된 것 같네요. 전체적인 서비스 외에 도중도중 전화 TTS 서비스 등에도 잠깐 잠깐 문제가 있었는데 이제는 해결 된 것 같습니다.
